This is a lamp! The bubblegum is the bulb which also can dim. The Hood life is a lamp made to stand against a wall. I wanted to capture some of the beauty and ugliness that has been invented over the years- plastic- smartphones- bubblegum- the clothing industry-etc etc they are often good and bad at the same time. Now we have to readdress the inventions to make them more environmentally sustainable.
