I am a Pilates fan so i thought it would be fun to put a few exercises on mugs! Which was quite a lot easier than doing them in real life 😉 I have for example “The downward Dog”, “The Cat”, “The Camel”, “The Teaser” and a few others that i don’t know the name of! If you don’t see your favourite exercise please ask and i will gladly make it for you! I have them with or without handle. And they can be washed in the dishwasher!
